Hi there, I'm Leslie! Thanks for being here.

I earned my Master of Counseling from Arizona State University, and I work with adolescents and adults (ages 13 and up) navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. But more than the clinical stuff, I care about helping people find their voice, especially those who've spent a long time feeling like theirs didn't matter.

Growing up as a first-generation Latina, I learned early what it feels like to shrink yourself, to second-guess, and to wonder if you're "too much" or somehow not enough. That experience is part of what brought me to this work, and it's something I carry into every session.

My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, and IFS-informed therapy, meaning I tailor our work to you, not the other way around. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. I'm not here to hand you a checklist. I'm here to sit with you in the uncomfortable parts and help you find your footing. Because yes, healing is hard and uncomfortable, and it's also one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself. And now, you don't have to do it alone.

My goal is to help you elevate your voice, trust yourself, and take up the space you deserve.

If any part of this resonates with you, I'd love to connect.
