Counselor
I believe life is a journey - one that can include unexpected turns, steep climbs, painful setbacks, and moments that leave us feeling stuck. Therapy can provide support, healing, and guidance through those difficult seasons.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, and currently serve as the Clinical Lead at Better Days Behavioral Health, where I provide supervision and support for associate-level therapists.
In my therapy practice, I work with children ages 6 and older, teens, and adults, using a holistic and integrative approach tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and grief. I also work with depression, ADHD, and other emotional and mental health concerns. My therapeutic approach incorporates EMDR, IFS, DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and other evidence-based modalities to support healing and growth.
Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, pilates, traveling, playing board games, hanging out with my family, and hiking. I love experiencing the quiet beauty of the Arizona desert- a landscape that has taught me how resilience and growth can emerge even in the harshest conditions.
My goal as a therapist is to help clients recognize their inner strength and resilience while building healthier coping skills, improving relationships, healing from trauma, and creating greater emotional wellness. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward hope, healing, and lasting change.
