I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Phoenix. For the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate challenges related to substance use, addiction, impulse control, and co-occurring disorders—as well as behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss.

In my work, I strive to create a collaborative, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences openly and begin to heal. I work with teens, adults, and families, supporting them in finding healthier perspectives of themselves and fostering stronger, more meaningful relationships.

Because I know that no single approach fits every person or family, my counseling style is integrative and flexible. I draw from a range of modalities, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness, while maintaining a Harm Reduction and Trauma-Informed foundation.

My greatest passion lies in helping at-risk youth and individuals who have experienced trauma or high stress rediscover hope, resilience, and a sense of self-worth.
