I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who specializes in working with neurodivergent children (ages 4 and up) and adults navigating the challenges of autism, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation. With a deep understanding of the unique struggles faced by individuals and families. I create a safe, supportive space in individual therapy sessions to explore emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns.
As a trained and certified EMDR therapist, I work with children and adults experiencing both “little t” and complex trauma, as well as anxiety and depression. My trauma-informed approach helps clients safely process painful memories and reduce emotional distress through evidence-based EMDR techniques. I create a supportive and individualized space where healing, resilience, and emotional balance can take root.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, patience, and a recognition that daily life for neurodivergent individuals often involves battling internal chaos, social misunderstandings, sensory sensitivities, and feeling out of step with a world not built for them. Whether it’s a child melting down after school, a teen masking their emotions to fit in, or an adult exhausted by years of navigating life feeling "too much" or "not enough," I meet each client exactly where they are.
I understand that behind every behavior is a need, and behind every struggle is a story waiting to be heard without judgment. My work emphasizes building emotional safety, increasing self-understanding, and empowering clients with skills that promote regulation, connection, and confidence. I collaborate closely with families when working with children, recognizing that meaningful change happens not just in sessions, but in everyday life. My passion is helping clients move from surviving to thriving—at their own pace, in their way.
