Licensed Master Social Worker
I'm a trauma-informed LMSW passionate about supporting individuals ages 13-45 through life's transitions and challenges. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and my clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, trauma, and navigating major life changes.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client's unique story. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and talk therapy. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow.
I believe therapy is not about "fixing" but about fostering greater self-understanding, resilience, and healing at your own pace.
Outside of the therapy room, you can often find me walking my puppy, hiking in nature, cooking new recipes, or spending quality time with family and friends. I value connection, creativity, and balance-and I bring those values into my work with clients every day.
