Hello! My name is Patricia, I am a licensed master social worker (LMSW) in the state of Arizona. I received my Bachelor of Social Work degree at Northeastern Illinois University and my Master’s degree of Social Work at Aurora University in Illinois. I am bilingual and can provide therapy services in both English and Spanish.

These are a few of the different modalities I utilize: CBT, DBT, family systems, client centered therapy, motivational interviewing. I can work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, cultural/racial challenges, first generation experiences, family relationships, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. I have experience working with children (as young as 5 years old) and adults. I work exceptionally well with teenagers and young adults.
