I have a Master’s in Clinical Social Work where I received my degree at Westfield State University. I am motivated by compassion and eager to help those struggling find their way. The majority of my experience has been with children and families, adults, I specialize in working with ADHD, Anxiety, depression, attachment issues, substance use disorders, and anger management. Some modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered, Motivational Interviewing along with other modalities based on individual client needs. Whether you’re coping with a sudden loss, trying to navigate daily life stressors/transitions, anxiety or self esteem, we will work together to dig deep into these challenges through insight and also learn various techniques you can also use outside of therapy sessions. I have a passion for the work that I do and look forward to helping you realign yourself and create a life of healing, peace and joy!
