Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience working in both public agencies and private milieus. I provide in-person and telehealth counseling for teens and adults with general mental health issues with a specialization in treating substance use disorders and process addictions. I am of the firm belief that everyone possesses the inherent capacity for positive change, but change is difficult, overwhelming, and sometimes frightening.

While my approach to treatment is eclectic based on individual needs, I generally employ interventions from CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.

I received my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Phoenix in 2021.
