I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Arizona. I received my Master’s of Social Work from Arizona State University. I work with children, adolescents, and families. I specialize in adolescents and love the strength and resiliency that they have. 

I have experience utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based stress reduction, client centered, strengths based, and solution focused therapy. I have a specialized focus on anxiety, depression, self-injury, and suicidal ideation.
