I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and earned my Masters in Social Work at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa

I have a deep passion for helping others and empowering them to strengthen their skills to find success and healing. I have experience utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Cognitive and Strengths-Based modalities. I enjoy and have experience working with children 10+, adolescents and adults. I focus on helping others struggling with anxiety, depression and life transitions. I am here to support you and meet you where you are in your healing journey.
